Renovated rooms with great amenities and comfortable beds made for a good night’s sleep. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always eager to help with requests.
The breakfast was average and could be improved. The noise level from nearby construction sites was also a bit bothersome.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Krasnapolsky. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the clean and well-maintained rooms. The AC worked perfectly, and the room service kept everything spotless. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of local cuisine. The hotel's central location was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the pool being closed for renovation, I would definitely stay at Krasnapolsky again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. the hotel is located in the heart of the downtown shopping district, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. the rooms are clean and modern, with excellent air conditioning, and the breakfast is served outside by the pool. the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Guests can easily walk to restaurants and other activities, plus the bustling activities on the street add to the ambiance. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, including a large and comfortable bed, while the bathroom was well-equipped. the service was friendly and efficient, providing shuttle service to the airport for an additional fee. the breakfast offered a varied selection of food to start the day.
The hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovation to improve its overall appearance.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, including the historical sights. The staff here were amazing and always went the extra mile to help us. From the bellhops to the receptionists, everyone was super friendly and pleasant. We also appreciated the affordable airport shuttle service they offered, which saved us money compared to taking a taxi. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was plentiful and delicious! We especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes.
There were a few small improvements that could be made, such as the complementary breakfast could be better. It would have been nice to have more than just two extra pillows.
